Directions:

Microwave Cooking:


Remove skin and bones from chicken breast. Cut chicken into 1" slivers. Pour broth into casserole and cover. Set Micriwave at HIGH until chicken is done. (times below will help). Add celery slices, green onion slices and sherry. Divide watercress leaves among soup cups. Pour in hot soup.

Serves 2

1/2 lb uncooked chicken breats. 1 can chicken broth. 1/2 teaspoon tandoori spice. 2 tablespoon thinly sliced celery. 2 tablespoon sliced green onion. 1 tablespoon dry sherry. 1/4 cup snipped watercress leaves

Baking dish deep 1-qt casserole. Broth - at HIGH 5 to 6 minutes. Chicken added (HIGH) 2 to 3 minutes. Vegetables added (HIGH) 3 to 4 minutes.
