Mango Salad

Serves 2

6 ripe mangoes. 1 red onion. 1 bunch cilantro. 2 lemons. 1/8 tsp to 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper to taste.


1. Peel and chop mangoes into bit size pieces and place in a large bowl. 2. Finely slice red onion and place into bowl. 3. Wash cilantro and pat dry; finely chop the cilantro and place in the bowl. 4. Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice into the bowl on the mangoes and onions. 5. Sprinkle cayenne pepper on top and mix gently. 6. Ready to be served.
