Exotic Blends
Dip with Shrimp

Ingredients:
1. 1 kg (lb) Green Tiger Shrimp.
2. 4 tbsp (60 ml) Bacardi Margarita Mixer.
3. 1/2 tbsp Tandoori Spice
4. 1 cup (250 ml) PC Mayonnaise.
5. 1 tsp (5 ml) Honey.
6. 1 Medium Jalapeno, seeded, minced.
7. 1 tbsp (15ml) Chopped fresh Corinder.
Directions:
1. Gently poach shrimp in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain, and when
cool enough to handle, remove peel and devein.
2. In a bowl , combine the mayonnaise with the Bacardi Margarita Mixer,
honey, tandoori spice, jalapeno and coriander. Mix well to incorporate
all the flavours.
3. Cover and chill for 1 hour. ( Can be made ahead ).
4. Serve with shrimp.
